My wife Lindsey and I moved to Paris in September of 2011 a couple months after we got married. I have duel citizenship and we wanted to spend some time in Europe with my family here in France and to see the sites and see if we might find our true calling. I had gone to culinary school in Denver after deciding to move from a career in educational sales to the food industry. While in school a friend of mine got me a job lined up with the 3 Michelin star restaurant L’Arpege. I started working there a couple of weeks after moving to Paris. It was great! My wife started her own photography company and has really developed into an amazing photographer and I’ve continue in cooking. I was sent to Singapore for Savour 2012 and had a stint at Agape Substance, another great restaurant here in Paris. Now I work at Verjus and this is my blog about living and working in France. I hope you enjoy!
